Nutrition information is available on the packaging of all our confections and on our website. You can view the nutrition facts on the description page of each product.
Where are your confections made?
All of our confections are manufactured and packaged in Chandigarh, India
Are your chocolates organic?
While all our confections are sustainably sourced, we do not currently offer organic chocolates.
Are Mozimo chocolates vegetarian?
Many of our Mozimo chocolate confections are vegetarian. Please check the nutrition label for specific ingredient information.
Do you have sugar-free or reduced-sugar confections?
Currently, we do produce sugar-free products. We recommend our dark chocolate selections for healthier options.
Storage and Shelf Life
How long will Mozimo chocolates keep their fresh taste?
Mozimo Chocolates will maintain freshness after opening if stored at temperatures that do not exceed (18-22°C). Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. For freshness of unopened products refer to the Best before date printed on our products.
How should I store the chocolate if I want to keep it fresh tasting for more than two weeks?
To store chocolate for up to two months, place package in two plastic bags, close tightly and refrigerate. To store chocolate for up to six months, place package in two plastic bags, close tightly and freeze.
How do I bring the chocolate to room temperature once it is removed from storage?
Keep chocolates in plastic bags until the entire package comes to room temperature. This will take approximately two hours if it was stored in the refrigerator, six hours if it was stored in the freezer.
Allergy Information
Does your chocolate contain dairy products?
ALL of our products including solid chocolate pieces may contain dairy or milk or traces of dairy or milk. Although there are many products without Milk/dairy, all of them are produced in a facility that manufacturers other products containing milk/dairy. Any person with a dairy allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.
Does your chocolate contain nuts?
ALL of our products including solid chocolate pieces may contain nuts or traces nuts and/or peanuts. Although there are many products without nuts, all of them are produced in a facility that manufacturers other products containing nuts. Any person with a nut allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.
Does your chocolate contain gluten?
ALL of our products may contain gluten or traces of gluten. Although there are many products which are gluten free, all of them are produced in a facility that manufacturers other products containing gluten. Any person with a gluten allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.
Wedding and Party Favours
How far in advance should I place my favour order?
We recommend that you place your order about 10 days before the event and select a delivery date of 1-2 days prior to the event. Store the favours in a cool, dark place 18-22°C or cooler. Delivery may take longer than 10 days based on the quantity of order and the degree of personalisation required for gift boxes.
Do you offer volume discounts?

Do you send Samples?

How do I prepare Mozimo Hot Chocolate?
1. Pour a teacup of full cream milk (about 150ml) into a saucepan. Add 2-3 heaping tablespoons (35g) of Mozimo hot chocolate mix.
2. Warm over medium heat, stirring all the time.
3. When the chocolate is thoroughly mixed with the milk pour into a cup and enjoy.
Serving suggestions: Add marshmallows and fresh whipped cream to taste. Tastes best when paired with our signature chocolate coated hazelnut cookies
What sweetener does Mozimo use in the Sugar Free Chocolate?
The sweetener used in our sugar free line is Maltitol, the only sugar replacement that consistently produces high-quality chocolate that meets Mozimo’s taste standards while minimising the negative aftertaste commonly found in other sugar replacements.

What is Mozimo’s returns Policy?
For purchases made on Mozimo.in, your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition, no matter the weather, to delight you and those that receive your gifts! If you are not completely satisfied with your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care within 24 hours of the receipt for a prompt and courteous replacement or exchange of your merchandise. When will my order ship?
IN - TRICITY DELIVERIES:
Standard Shipping will arrive within 1-2 business days
Orders placed after 9PM will ship out the next working day.
OUT OF TRICITY DELIVERIES:
Please note, due to the perishability of our products we do not dispatch out of Mumbai orders from Friday – Sunday
Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-4 business days, during the week selected at checkout.If you place your order before 1 PM on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order will ship the same day that it is received to arrive within 3-4 business days.
If you place your order after 1 PM, your order will ship the next possible business day. Orders placed after 1PM on Thursday will ship out the following Monday for arrival on the following Wednesday or Thursday.
Can I place an order to be shipped outside of the India?
Due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship outside India.
Can you ship chocolate during warm weather or to warmer parts of the country like Rajasthan or Kerela?
Yes, we absolutely can ship Mozimo during warm weather and to warm climates in India all year long. Our shipping system monitors where your package is being delivered and selects the appropriate packing material such as cooler boxes and frozen gel packs to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition. However, shipping is not available in certain cities as the delivery may take more than 3-4 days which can cause the chocolates to melt.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
No, we do not.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
An order receipt will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, order total, and optional gift message within two hours of placing your order.
