General Information

We cannot guarantee delivery on Mondays due to potential delays caused by warm weather conditions that may prevent us from shipping over the weekend. Mozimo is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

Shipping Information
This website currently ships to addresses within India only.

Tricity Deliveries:
Standard Shipping: Arrives within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be shipped the next working day.

Out of Tricity Deliveries:
Due to the perishability of our products, we do not dispatch orders outside of Mumbai from Friday through Sunday.
Standard Shipping: Arrives within 3-4 business days during the week selected at checkout.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday will ship the same day and should arrive within 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will ship on the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Thursday will ship the following Monday and are expected to arrive the following Wednesday or Thursday.

Shipping Across:
We are currently delivering Pan India. A few extremely delicate products and large size gift boxes and hampers are only deliverable in Tricity.
However, we ship limited products outside Tricity & MMR during warm weather. Please contact customer service at 0172-4045414 to find out which products can be shipped to your address.
