Refund policy

As we deal in perishable products, we do not offer exchanges of any kind.
However, if you have received an incorrect item or a damaged product, you may register a complaint with us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Please provide proper videos and images of the received product and email us at info@moizmo.in or call us at 0172-4045414 (working days, Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM) to arrange for the return and claim a refund. Complaints received beyond 24 hours of receipt will not be eligible for return or refund, and it will be deemed that you have forfeited your right.
If the value of the incorrect item is less than the value of your original order, you will be eligible for a refund of the excess amount charged. If the value of the incorrect item is greater than the value of your original order, you will not be charged the difference.


To process your complaint, please include the following details:
Your name
Date of purchase
Order number
Items to be refunded
Reason for return


If your complaint is verified as genuine, we will process a full refund within 10 days of receiving the returned product. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, boxes, cartons, wrappers, and pouches. Returns without the complete original packaging will not be accepted.
Please note that the pickup company is not liable for any damages to the product after delivery to you.


Acceptance of the return and refund request is subject to verification and checks by us. All refunds will be processed through the same payment method (net banking, pay wallets) used for the original purchase. Refunds may take a minimum of 7 days to reflect in your account.
